CCPIT Building Materials Sub-Council was established in 1992, as a branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce. It devotes to facilitating communication and cooperation in international trade in materials industries, and to strengthening connectivity with economic circles, institutions, and international organizations in various countries and regions.

CCPIT Building Materials Sub-Council delegates China Pavilion to participate in world famous advanced materials expo, such as Japan Highly-Functional Materials Week, Ceramic Japan, Nano Korea (Advanced Ceramics Exhibition), Ceramitec Germany, ASEAN Ceramics, Ceramic Vietnam, Keramika Indonesia, and etc.
